OWNERSHIP

Patrick Benkowski, CR (Click here to find out what a CR is) is the Owner and President of Roadrunner Custom Remodeling Inc.  He was born and raised in Milwaukee Wisconsin as one of seven children.  His Father was a home builder / architect who started the family remodeling business with Patrick and another son in 1982.  In 1993, the 2 sons purchased the business and grew the company to a 1.5 million dollar business.  In December of 2000, Patrick sold his share of the business to his partner and moved to Fountain Hills Arizona to start Roadrunner Custom Remodeling Inc.

Patrick has been in the remodeling business since 1982 working first as a field apprentice, then as a general manager / financial officer, then as owner, president and CEO.  Patrick has been heavily involved with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Milwaukee chapter (the largest chapter in the country), and is now involved in the same capacity with NARI of Greater Phoenix.  As Chairman of the Milwaukee NARI Ethics Committee , Patrick oversaw all complaints and binding arbitration hearings during a 3 year period.  Added together with his 27 years experience in remodeling, Patrick has learned what should happen, or in many cases, what shouldn't happen to complete a remodeling project.  Let his expertise guide you through your remodeling project!
