This Fountain Hills Master Bathroom was not only tiny with a goofy sunken steel tub (Watch your head there), but it's the only bathroom in the house!  HELP !!

This job was a design challenge because naturally the owner wanted to end up with a separate shower, jetted tub, toilet room, two vanities AND a linen closet like most folks have in the newer homes, only space constraints dictated that it all must be crammed within a 10' x 10' space after stealing all the space from the Master Closet!  (Closet to be re-built utilizing space from the patio).

OK, so we tear everything out, break up the concrete and shuffle everything around like puzzle pieces.  Its a tight fit, but we got er' done.  The only detail that absolutely wouldn't fit was a shower door.  So we got creative and ordered a custom shower curtain ceiling track so the curtain would be suspended with chains from the ceiling.

Not bad for a 10 x 10 space huh?  The Customer couldn't be happier !
